A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (30) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We may deduct from the reimbursement an amount corresponding to any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods beyond what is required to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
General Information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.

Please do not return the goods freight collect.

Please note that points 1–2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
